BoilerGPT is free for all Purdue students, teachers, and admin. The base features it is launching with now will always be free. However, There will certainly be more features added and paid features in the future. If you are Purdue Global student it is also free. If you are not a Purdue student, you currently cannot use BoilerGPT, but can request to bring it to your university.
BoilerGPT is powered by GPT-4, which is not available on the free version of ChatGPT. This means it has much better reasoning skills. Additionally, at the end of each answer, BoilerGPT links the top class resources it used to solve the problem. While ChatGPT can hallucinate easily, BoilerGPT will respond only with data from these sources.
More importantly, BoilerGPT can draw graphs, diagrams, and code html elements inline. This means it can help visualize what it's talking about much easier.
BoilerGPT specializes in elementary problem solving and greatly excels in:
